Written space: 280 mm wide and presumably 340+ mm high.
Written in large liturgicaltextura , expertly, with minims 6 mm high.
Initials, for dominical letter A and to S[ancti] etc. red or blue, generally alternating.
Written in England, late 15th century. Perhaps reused as an archival wrapper, to judge by the heading "Norfol: | Hiemale xxviij" (17th or 18th century) written up left hand margin of the recto.
