Mortgage to secure the repayment of £4,400 by Charles Wren the younger of Binchester to (4) comprising:
(a) Bargain and sale by (2) at the direction of (1) and (3) to (5) in trust for (4) of premises at Binchester called Davison's Farm and Binchester Mills, charged by Charles Wren's father with the payment of annuities and portions to his younger son and daughters for a term of 99 years from 23 December 25 Charles II (1673), a mortgage of the same having been subsequently assigned to Thomas Dawson now deceased and (2) with the equity of redemption reserved to (3).
(b) Assignment by (1) to (5) in trust for (4) of a judgment for debt of £2,400 obtained in the court of the Exchequer by John Bacon against Charles Wren the younger and assigned to Thomas Davison with the above mentioned mortgage for a total of £3,000.
Consideration: £4,400 (viz.): £3,000 in respect of the above mentioned mortgage and judgment assigned to Thomas Dawson, £1,000 in respect of a further loan made to Charles Wren the younger by Thomas Davison, and £400 unpaid interest.
