Gourd bowl with painted decoration in a variety of colours including orange-red, sage-green, red-brown, blue, turquoise, yellow, grey and white. Painted at the bottom on the inside of the bowl is a central motif of a hare with concentric bands of pattern up to the rim. The paint on the inside is largely undamaged whilst the outside has some significant loss of paint. Painted at the bottom of the outside is a colourful fan tailed bird with concentric bands of pattern up to the rim. Some of the patterned bands on the inside and outside include birds, plants and fruit. Box includes conservation report on the bowl and treatment carried out and a hand drawn “map” of the outside of the painted surface of the bowl indicating areas of missing paint.

Yellow/orange gourd bowl or cup consisting of a narrow flat-topped rim with a hemispherical body and convex base. It is decorated over most of its body with a series of incised and black charcoal inlaid patterns. These patterns are in concentric rings from the rim to the base of the gourd.

Yellow/orange vessel or flask made from a gourd, with a narrow opening on a squat globular body with convex sides and slightly flattened base. It has a strip of leather for a handle attached to either side and extending over the opening. It is decorated over most of its body with a series of incised and black charcoal inlaid patterns and drawings of animals (possibly cattle).

Dagger with a smooth white and black ivory handle with metal wire around some of the handle. There is a damaged circular disc of white ivory for the pommel decorated with inlaid black circles and with a metal bell shaped knob that is attached to the tang of the blade which extends through the whole of the handle. There is patterned metal placed over the guard of the handle and two small bolts through the handle with patterned metal nuts on either side holding them in place. The blade is double edged with signs of rust. The scabbard is made of leather with patterns and decorative ridges and patterened metal portions where the scabbard meets the guard and then at the end of the blade. The end portion of metal on the scabbard has a bell shaped metal end and has a red gem(?) inset
